You can't go very far in Vermont without spotting a red barn. This one, complete with a tool to hoist hay bales, housed the Vermont Coffee Company.
Thom ordered us a couple of chai lattes.
"Bitter," he pronounced, jonesing for his Starbuck's brew. We sat on elevated benches built of snow boards, taking in the wildflowers below.
