Green Mount Cemetery

En route to Montpelier, we passed the Green Mount Cemetery.  Thom indulged my passion for photographing tombstones.

The i-Phone's portrait mode really punches up Thanatos, the goddess of death.

Here's a side view of the "Stairway to Heaven," summit, hand-carved into granite.  Let me know if YOU can read the inscription on the embedded brass plaque.

It looks as if a mother and son died at the same time.  Odd.

Believe it or not, I didn't stage Delia's reflection in this shot.  Automobiles have come a long way.
