Art Nouveau Rush

Chris made dinner reservations at the Cafe Imperial.  The excellent food was almost beside the point.  The restaurant offered a feast for the eyes.

Who could resist dessert with selections like these in such buffed surroundings?

We had tickets to hear a Prague Symphony Orchestra concert.

With some time still to kill after dinner, we strolled around the old town.

The Queen was playing at this theater where Mozart once performed.  No theater on the West End or Broadway can claim that kind of bragging right!

Segway tour groups are a common sight in Prague.

Our good seats at Municipal House, a masterpiece of Art Nouveau architecture, cost less than $15 each. I could become a house groupie at those prices, even on a pension.

En route to the Vltava River, we did some window shopping and passed this Swarovski crystal dragon.

Prague is even prettier at night.
